STALLION’s 24x7 helpdesk is available to assist you with technical issues for our Mobile LTE solutions. If any performance issue is determined to be beyond a customer demarcation point, STALLION NOC will escalate the support request to the applicable Customer personnel.

How to Get started
Stallion Mobile LTE solutions deliver plug-and-play wireless connectivity to Customer locations without any additional infrastructure needed.

1. Attach the provided power cable into the plug on left-hand side of the package.

2. Attach the provided magnetic external antenna to the Cell 1 connection on right-hand side of the package. If using our Mobile LTE-Pro, attach the second provided magnetic external antenna to the Cell 2 connection.
3. For best performance, the LTE antenna(s) should be positioned outside or on top of your building. If you are unable to position the antenna(s) outside, find a window or ledge where the antennas will have unobstructed view to nearby cell towers.
4. Turn on the power switch located on the left-hand side of the package. Within five (5) minutes, the wireless network will appear and end users can begin to connect. STALLION packages use the following standard for WiFi, where "xxxx" is the package number that can be found on the lid:
Wireless network name: Stallion xxxx WiFi
Password: Stallionxxxx!

5. Stallion's Mobile LTE package includes one LAN connection on the right-hand side for hardwire of a network device, or switch, to provide Internet access for devices that are not WiFi compatible.
